Putting Flavour First
There are 3 saucerers being the delicious Pepper Kitchen brand. Based in East London but inspired by their Caribbean roots the lads have put together a delicious range of sauces. The base chilli used is scotch bonnet, but things get far spicier when you move up to the aptly named ‘Dangerously Hot Sauce’ which contains, ghost peppers, carolina reapers and scorpion chilis. Pepper Kitchen have really nailed putting flavour first, with no additives or preservatives and using fresh and premium ingredients we beleive this qualifies as a #hotsauceoneverything kinda sauce.
